Rules and Policies

Your Guide to BetAnything Rules

At BetAnything, we’re all about making your experience fun, safe, and seamless. To keep things running smoothly, here are the key rules and policies you need to know:

Getting Started:

By signing up and playing with BetAnything, you agree to follow our General Rules, Sportsbook Rules, and specific rules for all games. Don’t worry, our goal is to make these simple and clear for you.

We’ll occasionally send you important updates, promotions, or other info by mail, email, text, or call. Want to tweak how you hear from us? Just reach out to Customer Service, and we’ll sort it out.

Make sure you’re in the clear to play, know the gambling laws in your area. Players from the USA (except Nevada) are welcome, and you need to be at least 21 years old to join the fun.

Security is serious business for us. We’ve strengthened our systems to keep your account safe. Explore your security settings and take steps like enabling Device-based Authentication to stay protected.

Payouts & Account Info:

Love Bitcoin payouts? Make sure to set up Device-based Authentication first, this step is essential to avoid any issues with processing your payout.

When you reach out to us by phone or email, we’ll ask for your account number and 4-digit PIN for account-specific assistance. These details keep your experience fast and secure.

Keeping Your Account in Top Shape:

Use a real, valid phone number, this keeps your winnings and bonuses secure. Fake numbers? That’s a risk we can’t take.

Double-check that your email address is up to date. Accounts with invalid emails could be frozen or even closed, which might mean missing out on bonuses.

Prove It (When Necessary):

Sometimes, we’ll need proof of your identity or address. If we request documents, please provide valid ones to avoid any interruptions to your account.

Your Privacy = Our Priority:

Your info stays private with us, we never share details about your bets. For more on how we protect your privacy, check out our Privacy Policy.

Play Fair and Square:

The name on your account must match your legal ID. Once your account is created, the name cannot be changed.

Keep your account login details secure. If you share them and something goes wrong, we can’t accept responsibility for any claims on your account.

Betting Made Simple:

Once your bet is confirmed, it’s final. Be sure to review your bets carefully, we can’t make changes or accept claims without a ticket number.

Bets should only be placed through our website. Using third-party services or methods? That’s against the rules and could result in account suspension.

We’re Always Evolving:

We’re all about staying current and improving your experience, so our rules may change from time to time. Stay in the loop by checking for updates regularly.

If you have questions or need any clarification, our Customer Service Team is here to help 24/7. At BetAnything, we’re all about putting the fun, safety, and control in your hands.

Wagering Rules

  • All wagers are final. Once a wager has been confirmed, the bet will be considered final and cannot be altered or canceled. Customers have the option to place a wager on the other side in order to reduce their position, but the bet cannot be deleted.
  • All sporting events must be played on the date and site as scheduled unless otherwise specified. Any event postponed, rescheduled, or moved to another site will automatically constitute “No Action” unless otherwise noted.
  • Nevada Gaming Commission rules apply to any wager or discrepancy not covered by the rules and regulations herein.
  • All sporting events will be settled in accordance with our wagering rules on the day they are completed. Any subsequent change in the result of an event due to any form of protest will not be considered for settlement.
  • BetAnything is not liable for the cancellation of any game, regardless of the reason.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any bet. Errors in operation or errors in the game void all payouts and plays.
  • BetAnything cannot be held responsible for any computer, typing, or human error when posting odds, lines, or point spreads. However, in the case of obvious mechanical, technical, or human error in the prices or conditions we publish, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to correct obvious errors and where necessary have wagers graded as No-Action in which case bets will be canceled and refunded accordingly.

Event-Specific Rules

Winners and Losers are official after:

  • Football – NCAA, NFL, CFL, XFL, etc. - 55 minutes of play.
  • Basketball - NBA - 43 minutes of play.
  • Basketball - NCAA and International - 35 minutes of play.
  • Hockey - NHL - 55 minutes of play.
  • Baseball Moneylines - 5 innings (4 ½ if the home team is winning).
  • Baseball Totals and Runlines - 9 innings (8 ½ if the home team is winning).
  • Soccer - 90 minutes of play plus injury time. Extra time, overtime, penalty kicks, or golden goal is not taken into consideration for soccer bets unless otherwise stipulated.

Overtime and Partial Wagers

  • Overtime periods, quarters, or extra innings are counted in the final score when wagering on totals, money line, and spread betting unless otherwise specified, with the exception of soccer.
  • For half-time wagers, overtime periods are included as part of the second half.
  • All period and quarter wagers placed are for that specific period or quarter only.
  • Overtime wagers placed will be for the full overtime, regardless of how many overtimes occur.

Other Sports Rules

All other contests that involve a scheduled length of play time or time limit must play to their conclusion or have five minutes or less of scheduled playing time remaining when the contest concludes to be considered official for betting purposes.

Pushes on Parlays and Teasers

Parlays

  • When you place a parlay and one (or more) of the selections in your parlay is a push / no action, the parlay drops down to the next possible number of teams.
  • Example: If you have a 4-team parlay with three winning selections and one push, it becomes a 3-teamer, with the payout adjusted accordingly. If this happens on a 2-team parlay (one winner and one push), it becomes a single straight bet.

Teasers

  • Teasers function similarly to parlays (i.e., a 3-team teaser with one push and two winning selections drops down to a 2-team teaser).
  • However, a teaser cannot be reduced to a straight bet, which means:
    • Any 2-team teaser with a win and a push will result in the entire bet being a Push (no action).
    • Any teaser with a loss and a push will result in a loss.
    • Special Teasers (10 points for football / 8 points for basketball) do not allow the number of teams to be reduced at all, so on those, any push + win will result in the entire bet pushing.

Parlay Restrictions

  • It is not possible to parlay the spread with the moneyline on the same team, in the same game/match.
  • Parlays where the outcome of one selection closely contributes to the outcome of another selection ("correlated plays") are not allowed.
  • Example: In a football game with a big favorite spread (-14 pts) and a low total (45 pts), it would typically not be possible to parlay the favorite spread with the over on this type of game. Conversely, a parlay with the underdog +14 and under the total would also not be permitted. In either case, the combination is considered correlated.
  • Similar rules apply to baseball and hockey:
    • Run Lines cannot be parlayed with totals in the same baseball game.
    • Puck Lines cannot be parlayed with totals in the same hockey game.

For any further questions, please refer to the official BetAnything Sportsbook Rules or contact Customer Support.

Lotto Rules

Numbers

If you are playing Pick 2, choose numbers from 00 through 99. If you are playing Pick 3, choose numbers from 000 through 999. If you are playing Pick 4, choose numbers from 0000 through 9999. If you are playing Pick 5, choose numbers from 00000 through 99999.

Choose to play your numbers straight or boxed.

"Straight" means that your selected ticket numbers must match the winning numbers in exact order. The payout for a Pick 2 straight ticket is 90 to 1. The payout for a Pick 3 straight ticket is 900 to 1. The payout for a Pick 4 straight ticket is 9,000 to 1. The payout for a Pick 5 straight ticket is 90,000 to 1.

"Boxed" means your numbers can match the winning ticket in any order. This gives you more chances of winning, but your payout is less. A boxed payout is calculated by dividing the straight payout by the number of chances you have with your boxed numbers.

Example:

Straight

If you play Pick 3 numbers 1-1-1, you only have 1 chance of winning and your payout would be as follows:
900 / 1 = 900 to 1.

Boxed

If you play Pick 3 numbers 1-2-3, you have 6 different chances of winning and your payout would be as follows:
900 / 6 = 150 to 1.

  • Check the payouts section to view all the straight and boxed payouts.

The cost of your tickets is calculated this way:
Amount of wager x number of drawings x number of days.

Amounts

  • The minimum amount for any lottery ticket is $0.25.
  • The maximum for a Pick 2 ticket is $1111.11
  • The maximum for a Pick 3 ticket is $111.11
  • The maximum for a Pick 4 ticket is $11.11
  • The maximum for a Pick 5 ticket is $1.11

Drawings

Select the drawings in which the winning numbers will be used. You may check off as many drawings as you would like to play.

Off times are shown in Eastern Standard Time and are 15 minutes prior to the official closing time. If you select a drawing for today whose Off Time has passed, you will be purchasing a ticket for the next drawing. This will be reflected in the "Confirmation" screen and the "Review Tickets" screen.

Some states may have a Special Double Draw, but these specials will not be considered winning combinations; we will only pay the regular Daily/Evening Draw. Only the initial drawing is valid for grading purposes. Follow up promotions, additional draws, or subsequent added numbers after the initial drawings will not count towards Lotto grading.

In the event of a drawing not taking place, management will allow 24 hours prior to grading the corresponding tickets as “No Action”.

Purchasing Tickets

Lotto tickets are official at the exact time you click on purchase. If you started placing your NY Midday Pick 3 ticket at 1:58pm ET but you clicked on purchase at 2:00 pm ET, the ticket will be held for the next available drawing date as NY Midday Pick 3 closing time is 2pm ET. A pop-up window alert with the ticket details will always appear prior to your purchase confirmation.

ALL LOTTO TICKETS ARE FINAL AFTER CONFIRMATION and cannot be voided for any reason.

Maximum Net Profit per drawing is $100,000. Also, drawings using the same results (like ME, NH & VT) will be considered as ONE drawing for max profit purposes. Net profits per drawing include straight and boxed tickets for Pick 2, Pick 3, Pick 4 and Pick 5, as well as profits from multiple accounts wagering in conjunction with each other.
